Risks
Trading memecoins is highly risky. Read this before you launch or trade, and only use money you can afford to lose entirely.
Coins can go to zero
Most memecoins lose almost all of their value. A coin’s price can fall sharply within seconds, and there may be no one to buy from you at the price you want. Past prices say nothing about future ones.
Anyone can create a coin
Hokori doesn’t review coins or their creators. A coin’s name, ticker and image can imitate a person, a brand or another coin. Check the coin’s address, which always ends in DAB, before you trade.
Price impact, slippage and the launch window
Large trades move the price; the quote shows the price impact and the least you’ll receive. Buys in a coin’s first two blocks pay a 99% fee by design, and the page holds buys through that window.
Smart contracts can fail
Hokori runs on smart contracts that have been tested and reviewed internally. Contracts can still contain bugs. Pools live on Ekubo, whose own contracts can be upgraded by Ekubo’s governance.
Networks and wallets
Solana, its RPC nodes and your wallet can be slow or unavailable. Transactions can’t be reversed once they’re accepted, and every transaction costs a network fee in SOL, including one that fails.
What you publish is permanent
A coin’s image and details are stored on Arweave and can’t be deleted.
A coin can be hidden from Hokori
Hokori screens coins’ images and text and may hide a coin from the website, as the terms describe. A hidden coin and its contracts stay on Solana and can still be traded elsewhere; Hokori just stops showing it.
Rules where you live
Crypto assets may be restricted where you live, and you’re responsible for following your local laws and taxes. See the terms of service.
